Something is new in Courtney Love’s Face - her nose and lips. According to her 2007 new years resolution, “No more surgery for any reason other than medical until I really need it in my 60s”. The widow of Kurt Cobain wants to clean up her act in 2007. Courtney plans to have fantastic sex, stop partying with teens and tend to Kurt’s spirit.

Glad to see she has her priorities straight.
Is that Billy Coorgan she’s kissing? He sure looks rough whoever he is.
Besides has she had the surgery to remove her head from Someplace? If not, that should be her FIRST priority.

Her lips actually look better. Less huge. The top of her nose looks swollen, maybe she was still recovering from a nose job when that pic was taken.
