Nicole Richie was arrested because she was spotted by some motorists driving the wrong way on the 134 Freeway in Burbank this morning. She admitted to the police that she had taken vicodin and smoked pot that makes her steering wheel rolls the wrong way and lands her name into a booking sheet and take some cool mugshot.
